This form is for Lexonic Coordinators to nominate staff for Lexonic Leap training. This includes:
Participant:
Replacement Training: For staff replacing colleagues who have left or no longer deliver Lexonic (eligibility to be verified by the Lexonic team).
Additional Training: For schools looking to expand their Lexonic team and increase delivery capacity.
Refresher: For existing trained staff who would like to be refreshed on the programme.
Observer: For staff who would like to observe the Lexonic training.
The completion deadline for this form is 23/10/26.
